MTV Vma 2020: Lady Gaga, The Weeknd, BTS e J Balvin tra i performer
Lady Gaga si esibirà per la prima volta dal vivo con l’album Chromatica.
Sono stati annunciati ufficialmente, gli artisti che si esibiranno nel corso della 37esima edizione degli MTV Video Music Awards che andranno in onda in diretta su MTV (canale 130 di Sky e in streaming su NOW TV), la notte tra domenica 30 e lunedì 31 agosto alle ore 2 e che saranno preceduti da un pre-show (l’evento sarà condotto da Keke Palmer).
Lady Gaga, che si preannuncia come la protagonista di questa edizione grazie alle 9 nomination ottenute (Video of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Collaboration, Best Pop, Best Cinematography, Best Visual Effects, Best Choreography, Artist of the Year e Best Quarantine Performance), si esibirà per la prima volta dal vivo con i singoli estratti dal suo ultimo album, Chromatica.
Durante gli MTV VMA 2020, da diversi luoghi di New York, inoltre, si esibiranno live anche i BTS, Doja Cat e J Balvin, nomi annunciati nei giorni scorsi.
La line-up è completata da The Weeknd, per la seconda volta performer agli MTV VMAs, anche lui protagonista annunciato di quest’edizione con ben 6 nomination (Video of the Year, Artist of the Year, Best R&B Video, Best Direction, Best Cinematography e Best Editing), Roddy Ricch, per la prima volta ai VMAs come performer, che ha ottenuto 3 nomination (Song of the Year, PUSH Best New Artist e Best Hip-Hop Video), Maluma, che ha ottenuto una nomination nella categoria Best Latin Video, e i CNCO che concorrono per 2 premi (Best Quarantine Performance e Best Choreography).
Ricordiamo che la versione sottotitolata dello show andrà in onda lunedì 31 agosto alle ore 21:10 su MTV e martedì 1° settembre 2020 alle ore 20 su MTV Music (canale 131 e 704 di Sky).
