Blur, Go Out è il nuovo singolo: testo e lyric video

La notizia del nuovo album dei Blur The Magic Whip in uscita il prossimo 27 Aprile 2015 ha già fatto debitamente il giro del mondo: il ritorno in studio del gruppo alfiere del miglior Britpop venato di rock e sperimentazioni è atteso da più di 12 anni, dall’ultimo Think Tank nel 2003.

Il primo singolo estratto è Go Out, prima traccia di The Magic Whip dei Blur: un brano dal sapore distorto che ci riporta indietro di quasi vent’anni, tra tocchi elegantissimi di melodia pura (vero marchio di fabbrica della band di Damon Albarn) e assaggi sperimentali che si fanno apprezzare al primo ascolto. Il lyric video, che potete vedere in apertura, è stato diretto da Tony Hung e editato da Matt Cronin.

Fatecelo dire: meno male che i Blur sono tornati. Ne sentivamo proprio la mancanza.
