Billboard Music Awards 2015, vincitori: Taylor Swift trionfa

Questa notte al MGM Grand Garden Arena di Las Vegas si è tenuta la cerimonia di premiazione dei Billboard Music Awards 2015, l’evento che rende onore agli album che hanno avuto più successo, alle canzoni digitali più vendute, alle canzoni più passate in radio, agli streaming più seguiti, ai tour più affollati e all’interazione sui social (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube e Spotify) dei cantanti nel periodo compreso tra il 10 marzo 2014 e l’8 marzo 2015.

Taylor Swift, che aveva dominato le nomination ottenendo 14 candidature, è stata la regina della serata vincendo 8 premi (tra i quali migliore artista, migliore artista femminile, miglior album e migliore artista digitale). Bene Sam Smith (tre riconoscimenti: migliore nuovo artista, migliore artista maschile, migliore artista radiofonico), One Direction, per la prima volta senza Zayn, (miglior gruppo e miglior tour), John Legend (migliore canzone e migliore audio streaming, entrambi per All of me), Jason Aldean (migliore canzone country e migliore album country), Iggy Azalea (migliore artista streaming, migliore rapper e migliore canzone rap), Hozier (miglior artista rock e migliore canzone Rock) e Pharrell (migliore artista, canzone, e album R&B).
