Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow! è una celebre canzone di Natale scritta da Sammy Cahn e da Jule Styne nel 1945 e originariamente interpretata da Vaughn Monroe. Raggiunse la prima posizione della Billboard Hot 100 e ci rimase per cinque settimane di fila. Ovviamente, come ben noto, nel corso degli anni, sono stato moltissimi gli artisti che si sono messi alla prova, incidendo una loro versione del pezzo.
Cinque anni dopo, nel 1950. è stato Frank Sinatra, seguito da Bing Crosby sei anni dopo. La voce di Doris Day l’ha registrata per il disco natalizio The Doris Day Christmas Album, poi Dean Martin.
Anche Jessica Simpson ha voluto inserirla nel disco Rejoyce: The Christmas Album e nel 2005 è arrivata la versione conosciutissima di Michael Bublé.
In Italia, nel 2008, Irene Grandi l’ha incisa per Canzoni per Natale e nel 2016 da Laura Pausini nel suo disco natalizio.
In questi mesi, ecco la nuova versione di Robbie Williams per il suo “The Christmas Present”. La canzone è stata anche eseguita durante la finale di X Factor 2019.
