Il magazine americano di musica -e altro- Rolling Stone persegue da anni la tradizione del bilancio musicale di fine anno: in un 2013 così pieno di novità e scandali, con popstar internazionali al massimo del successo e altrettanti tonfi o scarse vendite, la inamovibile top 100 di Rolling Stone acquista un altro significato.

Il magazine ha selezionato con difficoltà (almeno stando all’editoriale) quelle che a loro giudizio sono le 100 canzoni più significative e belle di questo 2013: ci sono tutti, da Robin Thicke a Miley Cyrus, passando per Kanye West e Daft Punk, Vampire Weekend e Kings Of Leon, The Killers e Nine Inch Nails. Sì, è una classifica americanocentrica e si vede.
