Il ritorno dei The Fratellis è ormai questione di giorni e We Need Medicine, il loro terzo album in studio previsto per il 7 Ottobre prossimo, è in fase promozionale: come primo singolo è stata scelta la canzone Seven Nights Seven Days, che noi di Soundsblog vi avevamo anticipato poco tempo fa col lyric video. Il brano, un divertente rock pop con richiami folk che travalicano i Mumford & Sons per arrivare trasversalmente agli zii Pogues, ha un testo ironicamente motivazionale (che potete trovare più sotto) ed è accompagnato da un video che è stato rilasciato oggi.
La data di uscita ufficiale del singolo è ancora il 29 Settembre, ma il video è stato rilasciato oggi, con la regia di Alex Hardy, ed è in due versioni: una bella ambientazione con clown incompresi e mimi da strada, sia a colori sia in bianco e nero.
L’unica data dal vivo in Italia dei The Fratellis è prevista per l’8 Dicembre a Milano, ai Magazzini Generali.
