Finalmente sono state rese note le nominations degli Mtv Video Music Awards 2009, serata organizzata del network “Mtv” in cui vedremo premiare quelli che sono gli artisti che nell’ultimo anno hanno proposto i video migliori.
A condurre la cerimonia che andrà in onda dal “Radio City Music Hall” il 13 settembre sarà per il seconda volta consecutiva il comico Russell Brand: tra i performers previsti per ora vengono citati Green Day, Mariah Carey, Pink, Taylor Swift, and Muse. Presto ne verranno scelti altri. Ma torniamo alla lista delle nominations.
A dominare con ben nove candidature, come era prevedibile, sono la rivelazione Lady Gaga e la telantuosissima Beyoncè la quale con la sua “Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)” riesce a piazzare una hit che rimarrà negli annali della storia della musica. Tra gli altri cantanti troviamo la principessa del pop “Britney Spears” e…vabbè: andate dopo il salto per scoprire le nomine complete. Come al solito non si premia il meglio ma quello che piace alla massa. Non mi trovo d’accordo con nessuna categoria (tranne, ovviamente, Best Video (That Should Have Won A Moonman)).

gaga dovrebbe vincerle molte, la spears ha già sborsato tanti premi in una volta l’altra volta che è apparsa dopo una lunga pausa (per via dei problemi) quindi per variare vincerà un’po’ di altra gente.
‘paparazzi’ è un video che ho visto varie volte, ma lo trovo strano.
’single ladies’ ha 1 bella coreografia…
mi spiace che non ci siano artisiti come ‘placebo’ e ‘the killers’ tra i possibili vincitori.
