Judas Priest, Battle Cry: video, tracklist e informazioni sul nuovo live album

130 concerti, 33 paesi visitati e una scaletta che includeva molti brani tratti dai loro album più classici, questo è stato il tour dei Judas Priest, a supporto del 17° album di inediti ‘Redeemer Of Souls’ del 2014, uno dei più lunghi e completi dell’intera carriera della band.
Ora i fan dei padri dell’heavy metal possono rivivere l’esperienza del live attraverso ‘Battle Cry’, il nuovo CD, DVD e Blu-Ray, in uscita il 25 marzo 2016. Qui sopra, il trailer del live.

Il live di ‘Battle Cry’ è stato registrato il 1° Agosto 2015 al Festival di Wacken in Germania, di fronte a 85.000 fan e ora è disponibile su CD (contenente 15 brani), su DVD e Blu-ray (oltre 94 minuti) e in versione digitale. Il DVD e il Blu-ray contengono inoltre 3 bonus track, registrate il 10 dicembre 2015 alla The Ergo Arena di Gdansk in Polonia.

La cosa che rende speciale la tracklist di questo concerto è il mix tra i nuovi classici (‘Dragonaut’, ‘Halls of Valhalla’, ‘Redeemer of Souls’), i brani storici (‘Metal Gods’, ‘Electric Eye’, ‘You’ve Got Another Thing Coming’) e le canzoni del periodo fine anni 70 e primi anni 80 (‘Devil’s Child’, ‘Beyond the Realms of Death’, ‘Jawbreaker’).
